- Find a property: Look for properties online or with the help of a real estate agent. Make sure to visit the property in person or have a virtual tour to make sure it suits your needs.
- Secure a mortgage: If you need financing, apply for a mortgage from a Spanish bank or our recommended mortgage broker.
- Hire a lawyer: Hire a lawyer who is experienced in Spanish property law to help you with the purchasing process. They will help you make sure that all the paperwork is in order.
